“I’m Sorry”

We’ve all said or done things that were not kind.

We may have been angry, hurt, or just plain NOT THINKING!

And we hurt someone in the process, and we hurt ourselves.

Take a few moments to think, and tell that someone “I’m Sorry”.

And REALLY mean it.

Saying “I’m Sorry” is admitting you are human and make mistakes too.

And there is nothing wrong with that!


In relation to "I'm Sorry!"


“Watch your Words”

We all remember when someone spoke unkind words to us, in a fit of anger, or upset,
or even just to be mean.

And we all have said unkind words at one time or another to someone else.

It hurts!  Whether it was a loved one, or a stanger, it hurts.

Words cannot be taken back.  You can say you are sorry, and feel bad, but it still hurts.

It is a lose-lose situation.

Start today!

Stop! Take a deep breath & think before those words come spilling out.

You’ll feel better & the other person will not have to experience the “hurt”. (and you won’t either)

Remember, today & always,

You will feel better in the process and so will they!  And they will respect you for it.
